Citation details: Lease effective 25 Mar 1826 Text: The three-year lease covers both Brynchwith and Donandeg farms. It is known that Richard and his family lived in the Brynchwith house. It is not known who lived in Donandeg - presumably farm employees and their families? The annual rent is stated as One Hundred and Thirteen Pounds, payable half-yearly, and the stock of sheep ("between three hundred and four hundred") are valued at ten shillings per head.
